Masks are mandatory as per Hockey Manitoba.
Our facility will only be accessible to teams 20 mins before game time and only by the front entrance. Our players entrance is now exit only.
Entrance doors will be locked 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, so make sure you are not late.
Our Covid Communications Officer (or a volunteer) will be there to sign in your team and all spectators.
Please have your team manager or communcations officer contact our teams to provide your roster (including coaches and staff) ahead of time to make entry as smooth and as quick as possible.
The communications officer will also require spectators names and phone number and we ask that all spectators complete the online self-assessment tool before entering the facility.
No outside food or drink, except players pre-filled water bottles.
Once inside the facility guests must remain in the lobby area or in the stands. Sorry, the canteen is closed.
Everyone must ensure they maintain the physical distancing requirements as outlined by the province. If children are in attendance, they will have to be with their parents at all times and cannot be running around the facility.
For U7 and U9
Players are to come as fully dressed in their equipment as possible.
Once inside the facility 1 parent can go to the locker room to help their child if needed but they should try to get in and out as quick as possible. The other guest can proceed to lobby area or in the stands.
After the game, 1 parent can proceed to the locker room to assist their player. They will then exit out of the players exit at the southeast side of the arena. Other guests will exit out of the east side door in front of the canteen, they should not head to the locker room or wait inside.
For U11, U13, U15 and U18
Only players and team staff will be directed to the change room area. Unfortunately at this time, parents will not be allowed to enter the change rooms, with the exception of one goalie parent to help if needed.
After the game the players will exit out the player exit to the parking lot on the southeast side of the arena. Guests will exit out of the east side door in front of the canteen, they should not head to the locker room or wait inside.
